Quality management
The future-oriented quality management of Schütz Kunststofftechnik GmbH has already been certified according to ISO/TS 16949 since 2004, enabling us to offer our customers a high level of service quality and safety.
Using the CAQ system, we control and document the entire material flow from incoming goods through the entire production to outgoing goods.
Our testing equipment and services include, among others:
- Component measurement with modern 3D coordinate measuring machine
- Colour measurements using X-Rite colourimeter
- Material and component testing in cooperation with external testing laboratories
- Requirements-specific component testing with gauges and measurement recordings
- Design and manufacture of gauges/measuring fixtures
- Complete implementation of initial sampling with EMPB
- according to VDA Volume 2 incl. all documents from the material manufacturer
- according to PPAP

Quality Policy
1. customer satisfaction is of crucial importance to us, because only satisfied customers ensure our and our company's permanent right to exist.

3. continuous improvement is an ongoing task, which we implement in particular through methodological research (CIP) and increasing employee satisfaction.
4. error prevention in all activities and the timely recognition of possible sources of error already in the development phase of the products is the principle of our actions in order to achieve our goal.
5. by training and qualification of the employees, the constant improvement of applied procedures and techniques as well as regular monitoring and analysis of the achieved status, we will continue to work on the further development of the management system in the future.
